This is my new favorite dress from Shabby Apple. It's pink. It has a Betty Draper Francis silhouette. And it's modest. It is the unicorn of all dresses. Amber said that this dress is the one piece in my wardrobe that just screams 'Kristine', and I would say that I agree wholeheartedly.
This weekend was filled with work and HUNGER GAMES. Yes, I am a Hunger Games fangirl. I'm a little quiet about it, but my obsession is there nonetheless. All I can say is:
- The tracker jacker scene was awesome and I felt like I was watching a Britney Spears video.
- I want to live in the Capitol solely due to those amazing costumes.
I think I'll see it again on Tuesday.
Oh yeah, and back to this dress. I wore it to work on Saturday, and let me tell you, my post-apocalyptic walkie talkie did not mesh well with it. That is all.

I LOVE THIS DRESS.
ReplyDeleteYou look AMAZING. And your choice of bag is perfect.

ReplyDeleteI adored Hunger Games too...didn't expect it to be as good as it even was!!! I agree...felt like a betrayer or something, but totally wanted to live in the Capitol just to dress up like that ;) And the camera work was so artistic and conveyed emotion so well!!! It was just a gorgeous film.

I also think its really neat that you live in Japan, my bf has been considering teaching overseas for a long time but we both want to finish up some schooling first. Was it a very hard adjustment?
