While Matt's gone, I have lots of things I want to do to keep myself busy. Baking is at the top of that list. One thing I've loved about being home is having a BIG oven to bake in! It makes me really happy. I have made it my goal to make a batch every week and deliver happiness to all my friends. What kind of cupcake should I make next week? Any suggestions?

So I've been dying to get some tights from we love colors but there are so many options! Do I get the Nylon/Lycra Microfiber solid color tights or just the regular solid color tights? What do you recommend?

I have to say, I just like good old vanilla cup cakes with butter icing. But for a 'healthy' alternative, I sometimes bake carrot cupcakes with cream cheese icining ... nom, nom!
