Anthro Picks: bikes, hot air balloons, speckles, and yellow.

bikescarfbagskirt

Working at Anthropologie basically means I get a lot of time to think about what I would get with my imaginary never-ending disposable income. It's torture... but I love it. Here are a few of my absolute favorite pieces lately:

1. Great Outdoors Buttondown in Orange.
Guys, this shirt has a bright orange bicycle print on it. Never mind that I don't remember how to ride a bike. I think it would definitely be friends with my mouse print shirt.

2. Hot Air Ballon Scarf.
A few days ago, I pulled out of my driveway, and I saw three bright, happy hot air balloons floating in the sky. It made me smile, and I thought it was God's way of telling me to have a good day. Later that day, I discovered this scarf. Coincidence? I think not.

3. Numida Satchel.
Yellow, teal, speckles. Everything I've ever wanted in a purse.

4. Well-Pocket Skirt.
I'm definitely a fan of this silhouette. Perfect for spring in this lemony hue.

I'd wear it all together if I could.

I've been a bit obsessed with yellow for the past few months and I have to say, this skirt is perfect: pretty and with those big pockets, it looks really comfortable too! I really like the print on the scarf, it's such a fun one. These picks make me excited for spring to get here! :) Happy Leap Day!

The colors are so happy, and I'm completely in love with that scarf. I think your job at Anthropologie is going to be torture for more than just you--try more like all your readers, too! Now I need to make a trip to the big city for an Anthro fix!

That purse is amazing! I saw it when I just happened to pop to Anthro to drool over things that I , sigh, can not afford. I don't know how you go there everyday and handle the torture!

I pretty much love anything with bicycles or hot air balloons on it...nostalgic?  YES!  I love all your anthro picks.  Especially since there is a trend of my favorite color, yellow.

Btw, you remind me exactly of one my cute friends!  I'm glad I found your blog.

Such ADORABLE choices! Love the color palette, it makes me feel happy (especially since its about to start snowing again here in Colorado in a few hours- hooray :(  I think I am going to add this scarf to my lust list... And that is where it will most likely stay unless it goes on sale!
Lovely little blog, thanks for sharing !

I agree, working at Anthro would be pure torture! I'm so loving this scarf! We have a ton of hot air balloons on my side of town, and I'm always so excited to see them, even tho they're around every weekend :)

I couldn't imagine working at Anthro!  I would probably owe them money after every paycheck!  That hot air balloon towel is a must!  I'm going to go scoop one up tonight!

Yep, I knew it! I totally saw you working the dressing room at Anthropologie tonight. I was the young mom, pushing a baby stroller, that made awkward eye contact with you. You're famous!

Haha! No way! I hope I wasn't too awkward, I just started in the fitting rooms and it's a little scary for me. Anyway, hi!
