Hat: Uniqlo; Shirt, Belt, Trousers: Cross Over (Japan); Shoes: Majestic Legion (Japan)
This outfit is pretty representative of what a lot of the girls here wear, and most of it has to do with these pants. I've always wanted trouser pants (is that what they call them?) after seeing Kirstin of Crimson Rosella wear them day after day. But they were so hard for me to find! Now that I'm in Japan, though... they're everywhere! They love their trouser pants here! They also like their pants to have that baggy-ish boyfriend fit. And they like to add cutesy details like this scarf belt that came with the pants. So basically, these pants = Japan.
I'm about to leave to Nagoya for the next two weeks for job training. I'm pretty nervous because I've heard that training was extremely intense. I'm also nervous because I'm terrified that I'll get lost on my way there. Eeek! I worry a lot, can you tell? Anyway, I've got some scheduled posts ready and two awesome guest posters, but things might still be a little quieter than usual around here. Also, I don't know when I'll be able to respond to your lovely comments and e-mails. Be back soon!

ReplyDeleteI am loving the combination of the polkadot on the bow of the pants and the stripes on your shirt!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your training, I hope you don't get lost!
I love your outfit! Man, I wish I could pull of trouser pants, but with my figure I start to get the "mom jean" look when I try pleated pants...can you picture what I mean? Anyways, good luck with your training, and good luck getting there without getting lost! You can do it! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is one of my favorite outfits of yours! Love the way you tried a new look but still kept the pattern-mixing part of Kristine in it. Adorable.
ReplyDeleteps. You better believe I'm sending you a letter today. : )

ReplyDeleteLoving that sash with the pants. It's so rare that the included belt is actually good! Go Japan. I have a pair of pants like that and also many silky scarves that I never know how to wear - definitely going to steal this idea!
